Second Edition of Himalayan Science Festival 2023 is going to held in Nepalgunj from February 14-15, 2023. The Himalayan Science Festival will hold its second edition in Nepalgunj in the second week of February 2023. The Himalayan Science Foundation has announced plans to hold a festival in Nepalgunj on February 14 and 15, 2023. The Science Festival series, which began with the first edition in January 2019, was put on hold for a few years due to the Corona epidemic, but it will resume this year, according to the foundation’s president, Tanik Basnet.
He stated that the festival will held as part of a campaign to promote nation-building through the advancement of science and technology. According to Basnet, students from all government and private schools in grades 8 through 12 will exhibit science and technology-related art at the festival. The festival, which will sponsored by Walabiz Educational Services, is a collaboration between Nepalgunj Sub Metropolitan Municipality, PABSON Nepalgunj, and the Science Teacher Association of Nepal (STAN).
The foundation’s president expressed regret that science and technology. Which have always neglect by the state, and have never become a topic of social debate. He stated that they decided to hold a science and technology festival to allow the country’s scientific talents to flourish. The festival will have about 50 stalls, according to the organizers.
