Opening Ranges of Sayapatri Hydropower and People’s Power Limited: Limited’s (SPHL) 30,00,000 unit IPO shares have been listed on the NEPSE. The quantity issued to the general public and the communities impacted by the project, as well as the promoters’ shareholdings, are included in this. The initial price range for the first transaction is 64.96 to 194.88 rupees. If the business executes the agreement with NEPSE, the IPO shares will start trading on the secondary market the next day. 721,060 units worth Rs. 7.21 crores have been distributed as part of the initial public offering to the general public from a total of 30,000,000 shares worth Shrawan 13- Shrawan 17, 2079.

This contains the quantity provided to the general public and the communities impacted by the project, as well as the shares owned by the promoters. The initial price range for the first transaction is between 94.96 and 284.88 rupees. If the business executes the agreement with NEPSE, the IPO shares will start trading on the secondary market the next day. 24,67,400 shares of Rs. 24.67 crores were issued as part of the first public offering to the general public from Shrawan 31 to Bhadra 5,2079. That is out of a total of 63,26,000 shares valued at Rs. 63.26 crores.
