Notice of Seniority Promotion and Performance Appraisal for Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical) Posts from the Information and Publications Branch. According to Section 24 G 1 A of a Civil Service Declaration of 2049 (4th Edition) & Subdivision 4 of Section 14 of the Staff Adjustment Act of 2075, promotions based on seniority and performance evaluation are required to fill positions in the following services/groups/subgroups of the Non-Gazetted First Class Arab Subba or equivalent.
Prospective applicants are advised to submit their applications, along with the information specified in the application form mandated by the Public Service Commission, to the secretariat of the relevant promotion committee before the opening date of 2079/11/02. Applications received prior to the deadline won’t be considered for consideration. The application form is available for download at www.psc.gov.np, the Public Service Commission website.
