The proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited on 7 Poush 2079, has approved by the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON).
In order to raise Rs. 83.31 crores, SMTHL will now issue 8,331,250 unit shares with Rs. 100 nominal value. That is a quarter of the issued capital. After the IPO allocation, the company’s total paid-up capital will be Rs 3.3325 Arba. Sanima Capital Limited is the Issue Manager of this IPO.
