City Hotel Limited Issue its IPO Share to the Nepalese Employee Working Abroad from 21 Chaitra 2079
On this day, Chaitra 21, 2079, City Hotel Ltd will begin issuing 1,67,400 unit shares with a face value of 100 rupees to Nepalese citizens who are employed abroad. The last date for this issue is Friday, Baisakh 5, 2080.
On Baisakh 25, 2080, the firm would start issuing 13,55,940 unit shares to the general public, each having a face value of 100 rupees.
If the issue is not completely subscribe, it may prolong until the eighth Jestha of 2080. The early closure date of this issue is on the 28th of Baisakh.
11,67,400 units, of the total 16,74,000 units have reserve for Nepalese employees working abroad. 4%, or 66,960 units, have reserved for firm personnel.
Lastly, 5% of the total offered shares, or 83,700 units, have reserved for mutual funds. The general public will receive the remaining 13,55,940 units.
The business would have Rs 1.67 Arba in total paid-up capital following the IPO allocation. The issue manager for the IPO issuance is designate as Global IME Capital Ltd. Applications can submitted for as little as 10 units or as many as 2,000 units.
A new five-star hotel, The Hotel Hyatt Place of Soaltee style, is being developed and run by City Hotel Ltd, a company that was found on December 5, 2007.
The hotel is a member of the Golyan Group of enterprises and has 153 rooms. Seven stockholders who have contributed a total of Rs. 1.50 arba in paid-up equity as of this point are promoting the business.
