IPO for General Public | Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower is Issuing its 13,37,302 Units of IPO Shares from Today
On this day, Chaitra 19, 2079, Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company Limited will begin the issuance of 1,337,302 unit shares with a face value of Rs 100.
This issue has an early closing date of 22 Chaitra, and if it is not completely subscribe, it can extend until 3 Baisakh, 2080.
A total of 15,20,000 units, or 20% of the issued capital, have issue, of which 10%. Or 152,000 units, have already allocat to Nepalese citizens living and working abroad.
As well as that, 80,070 units or 5% of the total issued shares have allocate for mutual funds, along with 32,028 units designated for firm personnel.
The business had provided 760,000 unit shares worth Rs. 7.6 crores to the Dolakha District residents impacted by the project, of which only 6,78,600 units were given to eligible applicants.
Hence, the remaining 81,400 unsubscribe shares of locals impacted by the project are add. To the 12,55,902 units (which are set aside for the general public) to create a total of 13,37,302 units for the general public.
The business expects this IPO to bring in Rs 13.37 crore. The promoter stockholders own 70% of the company’s shares overall.

The combined company is now working on two hydropower projects in Nepal’s Dolakha province. The 6.4 MW run-of-river Suri Khola Hydropower Project and the 7 MW Upper Suri Hydropower Project.
