Commercial Cookery Certificate III

Commercial Cookery Certificate III (SIT 30813) is an Australian Culinary Certificate accredited by largest Australian Government Institute TAFE (Technical and Further Education). This course is offered at the Global Academy for Tourism and Hospitality Education (GATE). This certificate provides students with a broad cross-section of theoretical knowledge and practical skills training in a fully equipped commercial kitchen, ensuring graduating students job-ready for their career as a commercial chef. For those who already have work experience as a chef, there is (RPL) Recognition of Prior Learning. You can enroll without leaving your job. Your prior skills will be valued.
