- Research Analysts
Required No: – 2 (Two)
Department: – Financial Research & Development
Position: – Entry to Mid-Level
Required Qualification
- An accredited institution’s master’s degree in business administration, business studies, management, or economics.
- 2 years minimum of work experience in the investment banking industry A plus would be having experience with corporate advisory and venture capital.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nepalese capital markets, financial research, and fund management. Taxation, accounting, and turn analysis of financial modelling and valuation. Other Investment Banking activities include management accounting.
- Merchant Banking
Required No: – 1 (One)
Department: – Merchant Banking
Position: – Mid-Level
Required Qualification
- The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business studies, management, or economics, or professional certification as a CA, ACCA, or CFA from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of two years’ worth of capital market or merchant banking work experience
- Through familiarity with how merchant banking generally works in Nepal and practical management expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of Nepal’s securities laws.
- Able to keep up strong ties with clients and regulators.
- Able to pitch and contact new companies with confidence for the merchant banking department.

Required No: – 1 (One)
Department: – Human Resources
Position: – Entry to Mid-Level
Required Qualifications
- HR-specific bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA in business administration.
- 2 years or more of minimum HR work experience Freshmen, however, are urged to apply if they have a strong aptitude for learning.
- Helping the HR manager with hiring, screening, onboarding, and training. HR functions include employee performance evaluations, HR software operation, and HR documentation.
