The Bachelor in Architecture Program (B.Arch)

Architecture is the art of designing and constructing physical structures using creativity and understanding of structure. It may also be involved in planning, designing, project feasibility studies, and landscape design. The bachelor of architecture program is a 5-year program of Tribhuvan University, consisting of ten semesters. Tribhuvan university consists of 175 seats in total for Bachelor in Architecture Program (B.Arch). This program provides practical skills to students in architecture.

For studying this course, students must apply for the entrance exam. Tribhuvan university conducts an entrance exam program, and the students need to go through the test conducted by IOE. To apply for this program, students must score a minimum C grade in all the subjects in class 11 and class 12. Those students who pass the entrance exam will be allowed to apply to TU-affiliated colleges as per the score in the merit list. Four engineering colleges in Nepal offers B.Arch  course affiliated with Tribhuvan university. The total credit hours for this course is 150 credit hours, including project work and thesis.
