Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is a company that was made in 2016 to build and run a big power plant in Nepal. The people who started the company come from different places, like banks, insurance companies, and other groups.

The power plant is called the Middle Tamor Hydropower Project and it will make 73 megawatts of electricity by using water from the river. Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is part of a bigger group called the Sanima Hydro Group.

They made their first power plant in 2005 and it made 2.6 megawatts of electricity. The new power plant will be made using something called the BOOT way, which means they will build it, own it, run it, and then give it to someone else.
