The NEPSE has listed 6,17,760 unit bonus shares of Guheshowori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd (GMFIL).
On the 27th of Magh, the firm had its 21st AGM, during which it approved a 6.84% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors resolved to disburse the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 95.04 crores at its meeting on Poush 05.
There were proposals for 6.50% bonus shares worth Rs 6.17 Crores and 0.34% cash dividend (including bonus shares for tax purposes) of Rs 32.51 Lakh. NEPSE currently trades the same bonus shares. GMFIL has an LTP of Rs. 303.10 at the time of writing.
