Additional Criteria and Work Experience:
Department of Credit and Recovery:
- Candidates having experience in the recovery/credit department and an understanding of NRB directives and other banking laws and regulations will be given preference.
Department of AML/CFT:
- Semi-qualified CA or a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in management, finance, economics, or another management field.
- Candidates should have prior experience in the AML/CFT department and an understanding of NRB directives, BAFIA, and other banking laws and regulations.
Relationship Manager:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, economics, or another management field.
- Applicants should have previous experience working for commercial or development banks in credit sales or another credit sector.
Gold Tester:
- Every management field requires a minimum of 10+2 (intermediate) in Finance, Economics, or Management. A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Candidates with prior experience in comparable sectors will be given preference.
Trainee Assistant:
- A minimum of 10+2 in management, finance, economics, or another management field. A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Fresh graduates may apply
