Vacancy for various posts at kids: An independent, nonprofit organization called Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS) works in the area of health. Since 2005, the environment, livelihoods, good governance, and water and sanitation. In collaboration with Save the Children and in coordination with NTCC, KIDS is implementing the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) Support Project under the Global Fund Program in the districts of Surkhet, Salyan, Dallekh, and Kalikot in the province of Karnali, as well as Rupandehi, Nawalparasi West, Kapllvastu, Palpa Dang, Sankt, Bardiya, Pyuthan, and Similar to this, KIDS is developing an HIV program in SurkhetD6trict for migrants and their spouses. In keeping with this, we are seeking applications from qualified, responsible Nepalese applicants who can carry out their duties with the utmost integrity for the following positions.

Excellent government coordination abilities and the capacity to manage numerous projects at once.

It is essential that applicants have strong computer skills as well as the ability to communicate both orally and in writing in Nepali and English.

Good program monitoring and implementation knowledge and skills.

The preferable driving license is for two wheels.

In close collaboration with all necessary district stakeholders, responsible for supporting the implementation of NTP activities at the district level.

With the assistance of HSO, prepare and carry out a district implementation plan of assigned activities integrating with NTP’s district regular operations.

To ensure the timely completion of a program and high-quality data gathering, more than 60% of field visits should be planned.

Work together as a team to guarantee that tasks are planned and carried out on schedule, that resources are distributed as needed, that supervision and monitoring are carried out, that logistics are available, etc.

In charge of ensuring that all actions are accurately recorded and promptly reported, along with appropriate proof and evidence to support any other pertinent issues that may arise during the execution of field activities at the district level.

Admin & Finance Officer (AFO) 1 (One0 KIDS Field Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet A Bachelor’s degree in business studies (BBS), management, or commerce, as well as two years of administrative and financial experience working for a reputable NGO

An advantage would be having knowledge of FAMAS accounting software and MS Office.

Good English communication skills.

An understanding of government guidelines and rules pertaining to project management.

Control the system for project accounting as a whole.

Field trips to districts where programs are being implemented

Timely preparation, compilation, and submission of accurate monthly financial reports

Control the general administrative operations of the organization.

Help the program team and the management of the kids

A guide to the project’s overall logistical management (Procurement, bimonthly requisition, inventory management stock, etc.)

Support many types of audit functions.
