DCEO	Chartered Accountancy with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, or another related field. It is required that candidates have at least 5 years of senior manager-level work experience in a related industry or 8 years of banking and financial sector expertise with at least 1 year of insurance sector experience.
DGM/AGM (Few)	Having a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in management, economics, insurance, finance, accounting, business, or chartered accountant. At least five years’ experience in a similar field.
Managerial Level – Marketing, Claims, and all Departments (Few)	Business studies bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. A comparable field requires a minimum of five years of experience, particularly in non-life insurance.
Officer Level — All Departments, Marketing, and Claims	A business studies bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. At least three years experience, preferably in the non-life insurance industry, in a relevant subject.
Marketing, claims, and all other departments at the assistant level (Few)	Business studies bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. A minimum of one year’s experience in a relevant industry, especially in non-life insurance.
Engineer/Overseer (Few)	Engineers should have a bachelor’s degree in automobile, mechanical, or civil engineering, and overseers must have an intermediate level of education. Priority is given to individuals who have worked in the insurance industry before.
Health Assistant (HA) (Few)	A Health Assistant degree from an accredited university is required. An advantage would be having prior work experience.
