Three Star Hydropower Limited’s IPO proposal was finally approved by SEBON; the company will soon issue an IPO of Rs. 12.31 billion

The proposed IPO issuance of Three Star Hydropower Limited on Chaitra 17 has received approval from the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON).

A total of 1,231,250 equity shares with a par value of NPR 100 will now issue by the corporation. The issuance is worth Rs. 12.31 crore.

The issued capital of the business is 25% of this. After the IPO allocation, the company’s total paid-up capital would be Rs 49.25 crores. Himalayan Capital Ltd is select as the IPO’s issue manager.

About the Company

A publicly traded firm, Three Star Hydropower has its headquarters in Province 1, Haleshi Tuwachung Municipality, Khotang.

This hydroelectric facility was built in 2072 BC. Three Star Hydro was name after its three founders, Kumar Kharel, Mohan Karki, and Madhav Mainali, and it has a total capacity of 7.151 MW.

The corporation was first named after the founders before being given the name Three Star Hydro. Uddhav Raj Shivakotee ‘Kangal,’ Pradeep K Agrawal, Ananda P Manandhar, Jen Lama, and Ratna Bdr Newar afterwards joined these three.
