Swetganga Hydropower and Construction Limited will issue IPO

In the second stage of the initial public offering, Swetganga Hydropower and Construction Limited will issue shares to the general public after floating the shares to locals (IPO). The company intends to offer 23,89,500 shares to the general public for a price of Rs. 100 per share.

The IPO will be available from Shrawan 4. The public offering will end on Shrawan 8, 2079 BS if it is implemented fully. The application deadline will be extended until Shrawan 18, 2079 BS, if it is still overcrowded by that time.

The mutual fund schemes are given 5%, or 1,19,475 shares, of the entire public issue. Therefore, the remaining 22,70,025 shares are open to the public. A minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares may be requested.

About Swetganga Hydropower and Construction Limited

According to the current Company Act of the Nepali Government, SwetGanga Hydropower and Construction Limited. (SGHCL) was registered with the Department of Industry on 17 Falgun 2061 (28 February 2005) in Kathmandu, Nepal. Sanima Hydro Group’s sibling organization is SGHCL. It is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) with a 28.1 MW installed capacity that is designed to develop and implement the Tallo Likhu Jalvidhyut Aayojana. Run-of-River (RoR) type project located in Okhaldhunga District, Providence 1, Nepal’s Ramechhap, Bagmati Province.

On the right side of the Likhu River, the entire project area is located in Ramechhap District’s Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality. However, the left end of the diverting Weir contacts the left bank of the Likhu River in the Okhaldhunga district’s Likhu Rural Municipality.
