Supermai Hydropower Limited is ending its initial public offering (IPO) of 4,15,000 units of Rs 100 face value as of today, or 26 Magh 2079. The issue started on Magh 23rd. With this IPO, the business hopes to raise Rs 4.15 crore.
10%, or 50,000 units, of the total 500,000 units have already been released and assigned to Nepalese residents who are working overseas. 2%, or 10,000 units, have been put aside for the company’s workers, while 5%, or 25,000 units, of the total offered shares have been reserved for mutual funds.
4.15 thousand more units are available to the general public. After the IPO, the company’s paid-up capital will amount to Rs. 50 crore.
In the past, the business distributed 50,000 shares to Nepalese nationals working abroad and 500,000 shares worth Rs. 5 crore to residents impacted by the initiative. In all, the promoter owners own 80% of the company’s shares.
Sanima Capital Limited has selecte to serve as the IPO’s issue manager. A minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units may requeste in an application.
12,26,246 applicants have submit applications to CDSC for a total of 13,700,690 units. The issue has therefore received 33.01 times more subscriptions than it can oversee.
