Sanima Bank Promoter Shares, 510,000, are up for auction from today
As of today, or the 10th Chaitra in 2079. The current proprietors of Sanima Bank Ltd are auctioning 510,000 units of shares to promoter stockholders.
There will be a sale for 510,000 SANIMA promoter share units. Within 35 days of the date of publishing of this notification or the 10th Chaitra, only current promoters, who are qualified to buy, may enter the auction.
The shares will later put up for sale to the general public if no offers are submit by the current founding stockholders by the specified date.
Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) is offering 510,000 units of promoter shares for auction exclusively to its existing promoters starting from 10th Chaitra, 2079.
Interested promoter shareholders can submit their bids at the bank’s central office located in Naxal, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The minimum bid rate for these shares is set at Rs. 145, and the minimum bid quantity is 200,000 units. In case no bids are receive from the existing promoter shareholders within the give time frame. The shares will auctione to the general public at a later stage.
