Councils, governmental offices, and educational institutions shall finish the full process of categorized (free) scholarship admission and re-admission, cut-off, and admission of applicants from the passed list by 11 Poush 2079. In addition, re-entry exams should be entered in TMS online by 2079-09-07. There will be no admissions procedure after that, and TMS online should also be closed for the entrance exam.
