24,000 Unit Promoter Shares of Citizen Investment Trust are being auctioned off by NIC Asia Bank starting today

From today, from the 24th Chaitra until the 30th Chaitra, 2079, NIC Asia Bank Ltd (NICA) will be auctioning off the promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).

Citizen Investment Trust promoter shares in the amount of 24,000 units are up for sale. Institutions, companies, or private individuals may all place bids during an auction.

The lowest offer is Rs. 710 per item. Promoters’ shares require a minimum bid of 1000 units. Bidders may offer for the entire issue, but they must adhere to the Nepal Rastra Bank’s guideline that they may not offer for more shares than are allowed for any firm.

The auction manager is NIC Asia Capital. CIT has an LTP of Rs. 2,020 as of this writing.
