New Notaries Public are given certificates by the Nepal Notary Public Council
People who finished their notary public training in Kathmandu on the 28th and 29th of Chaitra 2079 recently received certificates from the Nepal Notary Public Council. The council has granted these people permission to serve as notaries public in a number of Nepalese districts.
Some of the districts where certificates have issued to notaries public include Kathmandu, Kaski, Sunsari, Morang, Saptari, Gulmi, Chitwan, Syangja, Dadeldhura, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta Pashchim), Parbat, Palpa, Banke, Dang, Tanahun, Terhathum, Darchula, Bhaktapur, Rupandehi, Lalitpur, and Surkhet.
Certificates’ purposeful usage:. – In accordance with section 19 of the Notary Public Act, 2063, persons are authorized to execute document authentication. And copy attestation through the use of certifications from the Nepal Notary Public Council.
