Muktinath Bikas Bank’s 76.37 Lakh bonus shares are listed on the NEPSE

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has 76,37,194.15 Unit incentive shares traded on NEPSE.

The bank held its 16th AGM for the fiscal year 2078–2079 on Poush 30, 2079. A 14.2105% payout for the fiscal year 2078–2079 was approved by the AGM.

The board of directors agreed to pay the reward on the paid-up capital of Rs. 5.65 Arba at its meeting on Poush 01 this year.

It has suggested to issue 13.5% bonus shares worth Rs 76.37 crore and 0.7105% cash dividend (which includes bonus shares for tax reasons) worth Rs 4.01 crore.

The same incentive shares are currently on the NEPSE roster. Yesterday, MNBBL settled at Rs 398.
