Course Syllabus for MECEE

The entrance exam syllabus is divided into four main groups. The division is as follows:

  1. MBBS, BDS, B.sc Nursing, BASLP, and B. Perfusion Technology
  2. BMLT, BMIT, BAMS, BPT, B. pharmacy, and  B. Optometry
  3. Bachelor in Public Health
  4. Bachelor in Nursing science

MECEE stands for Medical Education Common Entrance Education. It is the common exam among all the applicants who want to lead their career towards medicine and subsequent branches. The common entrance or eligibility testing exam of Nepal for the medical field is called the Medical Education Common Entrance Examination. The MECEE council is responsible for preparing, taking, and administering students to the respective colleges and courses.

Who can give MECEE in Nepal?

  • Passed Health Science Proficiency Certificate Level or Diploma from General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Ophthalmic Science, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Radiography, Physiotherapy containing Physics, Chemistry, and Biology that is compatible to NEB securing minimum 2.4 GPA or 50% in aggregate marks.
