Mai Khola is Closing its IPO of Nepalese Employees working Abroad & Project Affected Locals from Today

From today or the 9th Chaitra of 2079, Mai Khola Hydropower Ltd will stop selling shares in its IPO to Nepalese nationals working overseas. And residents of Ilam District who are affect by the project. On Falgun 25, 2079, the issue started.

Residents of the Ilam District who would be affected by the project have received 10%, or 392,157 unit shares, worth 3.92 crores, of the company’s issued capital.

15,29,411 unit shares, representing 39% of the outstanding capital of the corporation, will eventually be made available to the general public.

10% of the shares, or 152,941 units, of this public offering, have designate for Nepali nationals working overseas. The offering will end today.

The lowest application quantity for the locals = 10 units

The maximum application quantity is 10,000 units.

The maximum application quantity is 50,000 units.
