Kathmandu University School of Engineering Scholarship for BE in Geomatics. This is a reminder to all undergraduate B.E. in Geomatics Engineering applicants who wish to be considered for various scholarships to submit the necessary supporting documentation. The required ONLINE URL should be used to submit the documents. The needed papers should be submitted by 4 PM on December 8, 2022, to meet the deadline.

1. Group of Nepal Government Employees (100%)

Seats total: 4
  • Evidence of Nepal Government, Engineering, and Survey Group personnel.
  • Government nomination in accordance with the Civil Service Act of 2049.
  • Land Management Training Center’s suggestion (LMTC).
  • Certified copy of citizenship.
  • +2 transcript and certificate, or an equivalent.
2. Group of Provincial Scholarships (7 * 3 = 21), Scholarship of 35%
a)     Female- 1 Seat
  • A copy of your citizenship
  • +2 transcript and certificate, or an equivalent
b)     Adibasi janajati/ Dalit/ Madhesi- 1 Seat
  • From the relevant District Administration Office, a letter.
  • The candidate, Adibasi Janjati, is a Dalit, according to the Dalit Commission! Madhesi.
  • Certified copy of citizenship
  • +2 transcript and certificate, or an equivalent
c)     Backward region/ Economically Deprived – 1 Seat
  1. Recommendation from the local government stating the applicant is from a group that is economically disadvantaged and from a territory that is deemed to be backward according to Nijamati SewaAin.
  2. The candidate’s transcript and certificate of SEE and +2 should indicate that they attended other schools and that they are economically disadvantaged, and should be accompanied by a letter from the institution attesting to this fact.
3. Provincial Open Merit- 21 Seat
  • 1 copy of your Citizenship Certificate.
  • Academic Certificate.
