Jeevan Bikash Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 4th Annual General Meeting on 30th Chaitra 2079.
On 30th Chaitra, 2079, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) will hold its 4th AGM at the company’s head office located in Katahari, Morang, commencing at 10:30 AM.
The AGM will endorse a 14.99% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79, which will be distributed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.03 Arba.
The proposed dividend includes 14.285% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.77 crores & 0.714% cash dividend worth Rs. 73.87 lakhs, including the tax amount levied on the dividend.
The company’s Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on Chaitra 6 had proposed a 37.3684% dividend, including 28% bonus shares for FY 2078/79.
However, following instructions from NRB, the BOD meeting held on Chaitra 19 revised the proposal to 33.15%, including 26% bonus shares.

Following the issue of the planned incentive shares. The company’s paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 1.18 Arba, and the proposal to modify the Articles of Association will passed at the gathering.
If any instructions are received from regulatory authorities. The AGM will also give the board of directors complete authority to modify different merger/acquisition-related proceedings appropriately.
Shareholders who are maintained before the book closure date, which is from Chaitra 17 to Chaitra 30, are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
