Fundamental Rights Are essential for an Individual, Basic, Intrinsic(अन्तरिक), Inalienable(अपरिहार्य), and Natural human rights. These rights cannot be ignored, infringed(उल्लङ्घन), or Snatched by the state or Other Individuals. (NEA, Nepal Oil Nigam)
