Purnamrit Bhawani Secondary School (PBSS) was established in 1962 AD (2019 BS) as a public academic institute. It is situated in Waling Municipality-10, Fulbari, Syangja district, Gandaki Province of Nepal. This Secondary School is affiliated with National Examinations Board (NEB) and approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Nepal. Purnamrit Bhawani Secondary School offers a Grade 1 to 10 and 10 +2 program under the Science, Management, and Education streams. In 2015, This Secondary school also got approval from NEB to run a 10 +2 program in Plant Science Stream. It provides Secondary Level and Technical education with a moderate and affordable fees Structure.
