Manmohan Memorial Polytechnic (MMP) was established in 2008 A.D. and is a technical college located in Hattimuda, Morang, Koshi, Nepal. The college has the status of the constituted college of CTEVT (Council for Technical Education and Vocational Trainings, Nepal) but is accredited by the Government of Nepal as an autonomous college. It provides a Diploma in Engineering (IE) program in a variety of fields. It also offers short-term modularized training programs to disadvantaged and unemployed groups of people in specialized skills. Manmohan Memorial Polytechnic is the first polytechnic of its kind, established with the generous support of the Government of India as a result of an agreement between the Government of India, the Government of Nepal, and the Manmohan Memorial Foundation to provide employable skills to its students, which is critical for employability and to help the nation develop. It is affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) the umbrella organization formulated for the development of TEVT in Nepal. It offers classes Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Architecture Engineering, and Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
