Balkumari, Lalitpur is home to the Central Engineering Campus (CEC). It was founded in 2010 A.D. and is affiliated with CTEVT. The campus has produced qualified engineers who are the backbone of progress in the country. The CEC’s mission is to deliver high-quality engineering education and to create qualified engineers. The college provides TSLC and Diploma programs in Engineering Fields.
