Chhimek Laghubitta has its 21st Annual General Meeting and approves a dividend of 25.26% for its shareholders

The 21st AGM of Chhimek Laghubitta is held, and a 25.26% dividend is approved for its shareholders.

Under the direction of the organization’s chair, Mr Ram Chandra Joshi, Chhimek Laghubitta held its 21st AGM on Chaitra 10, 2079.

According to a statement to the media, the AGM voted to grant 22% bonus shares and a 3.26% cash dividend for the company’s shareholders for the previous fiscal year.

The AGM also approved the proposal to raise the microfinance’s authorized capital to Rs 3.75 arba. According to a press release, the firm has recognized the contributions of its workers who have worked with it for more than 16 years.

According to a media announcement, microfinance in Nepal provides services to more than 4.27 lakh rural families through 195 branches spread over 69 districts.
