Asian Hydropower Company Ltd IPO Collects Rs. 1.66 Arba from 14.92 Lakh Applicants till last day | 23.84 times IPO more Oversubscribed
As part of their first public offering (IPO), Asian Hydropower Limited distributed 697,200 units of shares to the general public for a total value of Rs. 6.97 crores from the 27th Magh to the 3rd Falgun, 2079.
10%, or 84,000, of the total 840,000 units, have already release and allocated to Nepalese employees working abroad. 2%, or 16,800 units, have set aside for the company’s employees.
While 5%, or 42,000 units, of the total offered shares, have set aside for mutual funds. And remaining 6,97,200 units of shares are left over for sale to the general public.

After the IPO, the company’s paid-up capital will amount to Rs. 34 crore. Through this IPO, the corporation hopes to collect Rs 6.97 crore.
As of the last day, 14,92,778 applicants have submitted applications for a total of 16,626,520 units valued Rs. 1.66 Arba.
As a result, as of closing day, the IPO had received more than 23.84 times as many units as regular applicants.
The IPO’s issue manager is NMB Capital Ltd. A minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units were available for application.
