For the trainee application form at this Gandaki Polytechnic Institute, you should submit one copy of your Nepali citizenship, two copies of your passport-size photograph, copies of your academic transcripts, a recommendation from the appropriate local level or ward office, and a level 1 pass or a comparable certificate by the deadline of 21 Mangsir 2079. The Gandaki Polytechnic Institute, Department of Education, Pokhara Metropolitan City is where they may fill out the form.
