Admission is Open for the 2023 Spring Batch at KU for MPhil & Ph.D. Program: – Admissions are now open for the 2023 Spring Batch at the UGC-accredited KATHMANDU UNIVERSITY School of Education’s MPhil and Ph.D. in Education programs.
For MPhil Programs: –

| Education Leadership | A master’s degree or equivalent from a reputable institution in any field with a minimum overall score of 50% or a grade point average of 3.0 out of 4. |
| Development Studies | |
| English Languages Education | A master’s degree, or an equivalent, in English Language Teaching, English Literature, English Linguistics, or a related field, with a minimum cumulative score of 50% or a CGPA of 3.0 out of 4. |
| Steam Education | A master’s degree or equivalent from a reputable university in any field with a minimum overall score of 50% or a grade point average of 3.0 out of 4. |
For Ph.D. Programs: –

Note: –
- From 5.30 to 8.30 PM NPT, MPhil programs are offered in face-to-face and online formats.
- Before submitting their applications, Ph.D. candidates must get in touch with the relevant departments since they must follow a specified procedure.
- For qualified local or foreign scholars in English language education, one Research Fellowship is offered.
- Those who are awaiting the results of their most recent degree may also apply. If a student cannot finish their final degree within one month of the start of classes, they must withdraw, and any tuition paid will be partially refunded in accordance with KU regulations.
