Adarsha Laghubitta’s 20% Bonus Shares (ADLB) Are Listed on the NEPSE
Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) has become listed on NEPSE with 41,400 unit bonus shares.
The business had its 5th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 30 and approved a 21.05% dividend of Rs. 43.57 lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79.
It was resolved to pay out the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.07 crores at the board of directors meeting on Magh 18. 1.05% cash dividend (for tax reasons) worth just over Rs. 2.17 lakhs and 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 41.40 lakhs were suggeste.
