38.25 lakh IPO shares of the Vision Lumbini Urja Company are added to SEBON’s pipeline
Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited’s IPO proposal is now being process by SEBON.
The business has proposed to the capital market regulator issuing 3,825,000 shares altogether. The corporation will get 38.25 crores of rupees from this. On Falgun 28, 2079, the application was submit.

Vision A 25-MW Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project is being build by this compan in the rural municipality of Machhapuchchhre in the Kaski District, Gandaki Province of Nepal.
The project is being built with a 44.5% likelihood of exceeding its run-of-the-river (R-o-R) type (Q44.5). The project is expected to be completed for NPR 5,000,000,000 with a debt-to-equity ratio of 70:30. As of September 9, 2021, the firm has NPR 1,058 million in paid-up capital.
