28 lakh IPO shares of Manakamana Engineering Hydropower are now part of SEBON’s pipeline.

Manakamana Engineering Hydropower Limited’s IPO proposal is now under consideration by SEBON. To issue 2,800,000 shares altogether, the business has proposed to the capital market regulator. The corporation will get Rs. 28 crores from this. On Magh 16, 2079, the application is submit.

A private limited business called Manakamana Engineering Hydropower Limited was established on July 18, 2010, and on July 10, 2021, it changed its status to a public limited corporation.

For the purpose of establishing Hydroelectric Projects (HEP) in Nepal, it is developed by private entrepreneurs with expertise in hydropower and other areas.

By exploiting the available head and flow from Ghatte Khola, MEHL operates a 5 MW run-of-the-river Ghattekhola Small Hydropower Project (GKHP) in the Dolakha area of Nepal (river). On November 8, 2020, the project commenced operations for profit.
