“11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089” of Rs. 1 Arba will be issued by Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank
An offer letter to sell 10,000 units of the “11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089” to the general public and institutions was release by Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd (MLBL).
Applications will be accepted for the 10-year debenture with an 11% coupon rate from 29 Chaitra to 4 Baisakh, 2080. The deadline may extend till Baisakh 13, 2080 if the issue is not fully subscribe.
Out of the total units being issue, 60%, or 6 lakh units, would subscribe through private placement. While the remaining 4 lakh units, worth 40 crores of rupees, will available for public issuance, of which 5% is also reserve for mutual funds.
It will get Rs 1 Arba in total from the issue. The issue manager is NIC Asia Capital Ltd. Investors may submit applications for as little as 25 units and as many as 4,00,000 units.
